This will be in the form of a short presentation of our legal obligations to our members, participants in our activities, as well as to the general public. We will then walk around the club and identify hazards, apply a risk management process, and update our polices and procedures.

Risks and hazards change over time and new problems occur, so it is important we go through these sort of exercises to keep on top of potential problems. This process should only take and hour to an hour and a half, and hopefully we will have people involved from each area of club activity (rowing, sailing, sail training, the bar and kitchen, RC boats, the slip) in order to complete this process fully.
