First day of powerboat handling. Second session will be on the following Saturday (5th of April) at the same times. Both sessions are required for completion. The course has been split over two sessions to accommodate participants needs. A new Powerboat Essential Skills online eLearning component has been added by Australian sailing and needs to be completed prior to the last Saturday of the course. It would be advantageous to complete what you can prior to the first day but it is not essential.
The course can be found by logging on to sailing.org.au and clicking on australian sailing learning centre. Then click on coaches and instructors, it's the 16th course down labelled as "powerboat program essential skills"
It's hidden there as it's not officially launched but our course ends on the date it comes in!
Please ignore the course requirements below. Australian sailing is transitioning from two separate powerboat courses to one with a pre learning component.
